There is a fee for parking at the Westin, but we have negotiated FREE parking for all our attendees.  Please use the directions below to register your car for parking.

 

You must register your vehicle with 90 minutes of parking to avoid receiving parking charges of $85.00 by mail.

• Scan the QR code (QR codes can be found at the entrance door, in the lobby, parking lot, and meeting space for your convenience)

• Make sure to select the Event Parking

• Put your information and your vehicle’s info

• Please indicate your checkout date and time. If you are parking justfor the day, kindly use tomorrow’s date as your checkout date

• Add the parking code to Validation 2D30420E

• Click apply

• The price will be changed to $0.00

• Click continue
